Schedule of Psl 2018

Pakistan Super League third edition is coming closer and schedule of this mega T20 event has been announced by PCB officials on Thursday 7 December 2018. Total 34 T20 matches will be played in PSL 2018 edition. Pakistan will host three matches (02 Qualifier round Matches & Final match). This time National Stadium, Karachi will host the big final match of HBL Pakistan Super League 2018. Opening Ceremony will be held at Dubai on 22nd February 2018 while PSL 2018 closing ceremony will be held in Karachi.

According PSL 2018 schedule opening match will be played between defending champion Peshawar Zalmi against new entered team Multan Sultan. It will be first game of Multan Sultan team in Pakistan Super League and will be very important for them. Shoaib Malik will lead the Multan Sultan team as captain while Darren Sammy will be captain of defending champion Peshawar Zalmi.

All six teams will play twice with opposite team in group round matches. There are four venues in Pakistan Super League (PSL) third edition 2018. Venues are Dubai, Sharjah, Lahore & Karachi. Abu Dhabi venue has been droped this time by PCB due to logistical issues. Top teams from group round stage at points table will be eligible to play qualifier round match and winning team win go directly to the final while loser still got a chance to play second eliminators match and if win than qualify for final match.

Now it is interesting how Karachi Kings team prepare itself for this tournament. Karachi Kings team already made plenty of changes to its existing team. Team has young captain Imad Wasim while very famous world star Shahid Khan Afridi is also part of Karachi team. It will be interesting if Karachi Kings qualify for the final match. All six teams consist of very good and world class T20 players.

PSL 2018 Schedule has been prepared by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials and now forwarded to all six franchises for final confirmation. According to Pakistan Super League 2018 schedule this mega event will start from 22 Feb 2018 and final match will played on 25 March 2018.
